Shipping & Returns

Shipping
For shipping our packages we use MyParcel (part of PostNL). If you order on a weekday - from Monday to Friday - before 4 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. For all delivery addresses in the Netherlands, your beautiful item(s) will often be delivered the next day!
If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), it is usually delivered on Tuesday - after the weekend. Orders to Belgium usually take between 1-2 business days.
After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 48 hours you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your package. Didn't receive an e-mail? Check your spam box, unfortunately sometimes our emails end up in the wrong mailbox.

Shipping costs
We ship your order completely FREE within the Netherlands with a minimum order value of €75,-. If you order below this amount, we charge the following shipping costs:
Netherlands: € 5,95
Belgium:       € 7,95
Purmerend:  € 2,95
Do you live in Purmerend? Then we will personally deliver your order. Choose this option in the checkout. 

Returns
The chance that you want to return our beautiful items is very small ;) Would you rather cancel your purchase? No problem, you can return your order within 14 days after receipt. Just check the return conditions.

How do I request a return?

Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount of the returned items (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 5 business days via the payment method used.

Return conditions

  • Returning a package? These shipping costs are for your own account.
  • The returned items must not be damaged, must be in the same condition as you received them, and must be returned in their original packaging.
  • If your order falls outside the return period of 14, days then unfortunately it will not be taken back.
  • Dry flowers may not be exchanged or returned. 
  • We recommend insuring your return shipment, especially for higher amounts. When items arrive broken (e.g. due to sloppy shipping) they will not be taken back. 
  • Please keep your proof of postage until the return process is completed. You are responsible for the package until we have received it.
  • Returns must be registered according to the instructions described above. If not, they will unfortunately not be processed. 
  • If the return does not comply with our return policy, it may be returned for a refund.
